Isadora Duncan (1878-1927)

Dancer from Ireland, she introduces a New York dance troupe in 1895. She then crosses the Atlantic and, only five years later, is acclaimed in the entire Europe. Through her performances and her daring, she laid the foundations of contemporary dance.
